See and hear what's happening at the intersection of Ojai Avenue and Signal Street. On the left is the Arcade and on the right is the post office tower, looking east toward the Topa Topa Mountains.

Week two of the high school football season was not kind to the Nordhoff Rangers. NHS dropped their non-league game to the Oak Park Eagles, 13-3 despite taking an early 3-0 lead in the game.
Nordhoff was able to dominate the time of possession Friday night, but turnovers and missed opportunities would do in the Rangers as they fell to 0-2 on the season. The only points of the night for the Rangers came on their opening drive when Brendan Looker nailed a 37-yard field goal.
Oak Park scored on a blocked field goal that was returned for a touchdown and a touchdown run in the fourth quarter. One bright spot for the Rangers on the night was the play of wide out Noah Osborn who caught seven passes for 103 yards.
