Vandalism to a vehicle in the 1100 block of Fierro Drive totaling
$600 was reported Jan. 29.
A purse containing a Motorola cell phone and prescription medication
was reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 200 block of North
Padre Juan Avenue Jan. 29. the loss was listed at $90.
Sunglasses and frames valued at $322 were reportedly taken from
a business in the 200 block of East Matilija Street Jan. 30.
Jewelry, a Sony DVD player, and a DVD disc were reportedly taken
from a house in the 800 block of Fairview Road Jan. 31. The loss
was listed at $2,500.
Cash totaling $2,751.21 was reportedly taken from an office in
the 11800 block of Old Grade Road Jan. 31.
A safe containing $20,000 in cash was reportedly taken from a
North Signal Street business Jan. 31.
Beanie Babies, glasses and other items were reportedly taken
from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Ashby Court Feb. 1.
The loss was listed at $250.
A paycheck, cash, credit cards and other items were reportedly
taken from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Ashby Court Feb.

Two vehicle burglaries in the 00 block of Burnham Road were reported
Feb. 3 resulting in losses of $375 and $300.
Personal items valued at $925 were reportedly taken from a vehicle
in the 11000 block of Alto Court Feb. 3.
CITES AND ARRESTS
A transient man was arrested at the "Y" Jan. 30 on
suspicion of driving under the influence on a suspended license.
Bail was set at $15,000.
A transient man was arrested on East Ojai Avenue Jan. 31 on a
no-bail violation of parole warrant.
A Ventura man was arrested on North Fulton Street Jan. 31 on
suspicion of possessing a reported stolen vehicle. Bail was set
at $20,000.
A Boardman Road man was arrested in ventura Jan. 31 on suspicion
of being under the influence of a controlled substance, providing
false information to a peace officer, and on a no-bail felony
parole hold.
A Burnham Road woman was arrested at her residence Feb. 2 on
suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance
and possessing drug-related paraphernalia, less than an ounce
of marijuana and a hypodermic syringe. Bail was set at $8,000.
A North Fulton Street man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Feb. 1
on two drug-related warrants totaling $10,000.
An Oxnard woman was arrested in Oak View Feb. 1 on suspicion
of possessing a reported stolen vehicle and property, being under
the influence of a controlled substance, and possessing a hypodermic
syringe. Bail was set at $47,000.
A North Dale Avenue man was arrested in Oak View Feb. 2 on suspicion
of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.
An Oxnard man was arrested on Maricopa Highway north of the old
Wheel Bar Feb. 2 on suspicion of being under the influence of
a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe, other
drug-related paraphernalia and a dangerous weapon. Bail was set
at $27,000.
A Devereux Drive woman was arrested at an Ojai Avenue liquor
store on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled
substance. Bail was set at $10,000.
A Santa Barbara woman was arrested in Meiners Oaks Feb. 3 on
suspicion of being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.
A transient man was arrested on West Ojai Avenue Feb. 3 on suspicion
of being drunk in public and misdemeanor battery on a peace officer.
Bail was set at $2,000.
An Encino Drive man was arrested in Mira Monte Feb. 4 on suspicion
of driving under the influence Bail was set at $5,000.
A homeless man was arrested in the Arcade Feb. 4 on four misdemeanor
warrants totaling $10,000.
A Lion Street man was arrested at the Ojai Avenue Park &
Ride Feb. 4 on suspicion of possessing medication without a prescription.

A Ventura man was arrested in Oak View Feb. 5 on suspicion of
driving under the influence. Bail was set at $10,000.
An Oxnard man was arrested on Maricopa Highway at Church Road
Feb. 5 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled
substance, driving on a suspended license, and on two misdemeanor
warrants. Bail was set at $16,000.
A Poli Avenue man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Feb. 5 for allegedly
possessing false government identification.
