Police Blotter for the week ending February 22, 2002

REPORTED CRIMES
Cash totaling $250 was reportedly taken from a vehicle parked in Ojai Feb. 14.
An unknown subject reportedly drove off from an Oak View business without paying for an installed tire Feb. 14.

Two typewriters valued at $75 were reportedly taken from a yard sale in the 11600 block of North Ventura Avenue Feb. 15.

A double-paned rear window valued at $60 was reportedly broken by a rock at a residence in the 400 block of Burnham Road Feb. 16.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Signal Street woman was arrested in Oak View Feb. 12 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A transient man was arrested in Oak View Feb. 13 on a $5,000 petty theft warrant.
A Burnham Road woman was arrested in Oak view Feb. 13 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $6,000.

A Katherine Avenue woman was arrested in Oak View Feb. 13 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
A transient man was arrested on west Ojai Avenue Feb. 14 on suspicion of being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.

A Fulton Street woman was arrested at her residence Feb. 14 on a no-bail, felony warrant out of Los Angeles County.

A Burnham Road man was arrested at his residence Feb. 14 on two misdemeanor warrants totaling $2,000.

A Ventura man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Feb. 16 on suspicion of being under the influence of and possessing a controlled substance, possession for sales, possession of drug-related paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $67,000.

A Nova Lane man was arrested at his East Ojai Avenue place of employment Feb. 17 on two misdemeanor warrants totaling $10,000.

A transient man was arrested on East Ojai Avenue Feb. 17 on suspicion of altering the serial number of personal property and on a misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $1,500.
