Toads batter Ventura County Christian, 12-2
by Misty Volaski

Thacher's boys' baseball team thoroughly dominated Ventura County Christian last Thursday, pitching a rare no-hitter game. Ventura County Christian's only two runs came off two walks and five Thacher errors.
Charlie Munzig, Owili Eison and Graham Douds shared the Toads' pitching responsibilities to keep County Christian from connecting with the ball.
Munzig and Douds, both of Ojai, each hit a double.
Gabe Yette was Thacher's biggest asset of the game, connecting for a double and slamming in a home run. Yette was two for three in hitting.
Thacher is now 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the Condor League. The Toads will play again March 28 at home against Kilpatrick.
