REPORTED CRIMES
Two vehicles parked in the 100 block of Fox Street March 13 were reportedly scratched with a sharp object, causing an estimated $100 in damage.
Jewelry valued at $300 was reportedly taken from a residence in the 1600 block of Foothill Road March 17.
Two tires on each of two vehicles parked in the 300 block of East Villanova Road were reportedly punctured March 18. The loss was listed at $193.41.

CITES AND ARRESTS
An Oak View man was cited and released in Oak View March 12 for allegedly possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
A habitual transient woman panhandler was arrested on Topa Topa Street March 13 on a charge of public intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000.
An Aliso Street man was arrested at the Ojai Police Station March 14 on suspicion of grand theft.
A Spring Street man was arrested at his residence March 15 on three vehicle code warrants and a no-bail fugitive want.
A transient woman was arrested at the Ojai Valley Community Hospital March 16 for allegedly being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.
A Woodland Avenue man was arrested in Meiners Oaks March 16 on three drug-related charges and allegedly resisting arrest. Bail was set at $17,000.
A Woodland Avenue man was arrested on the Ojai Freeway at Cañada Larga Road March 17 for allegedly possessing a concealed weapon, resisting arrest and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $32,500.
A Susan Avenue man was arrested in Meiners Oaks March 17 on suspicion of misdemeanor battery and unlawful entry. Bail was set at $2,000.
A South Pueblo Avenue woman was arrested at her residence March 18 on a $5,000 vehicle code warrant.
A Fierro Drive woman was arrested at her residence March 18 for allegedly possessing drug-related paraphernalia and on a failure to appear warrant. Bail was set at $6,000.
An Oxnard man was arrested in Libbey Park March 19 on suspicion of being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.
