Grilli. Lastra. Martin. Lipsky. Peterson. These are the names you'll see at Wimbeldon in a few years. But until then, they'll bask in the glory of "The Ojai." The winners were:

·Women's Pac-10 singles: Gabriela Lastra of Stanford defeated Jewel Peterson of USC, 6-3, 6-3  
·Men's Open Singles: Peter Jeschke of Montecito defeated Mark Ellis of Ventura, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4
·Women's Open Singles: Dina McBride of Woodland Hills defeated Stacy Margolin Potter of Ojai, 6-4, 3-2 
·Men's Independent College Singles: Benny Lin of Azusa Pacific defeated Rodrigo Suarez  of Point Loma, 6-3, 6-0
·Women's Independent College Singles: Tammy Encina of CSLA defeated Anna Sieczka of Point Loma, 6-4, 6-2
