· A Sony Mavica camera, brown leather purse, silver pen and a checkbook were reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 800 block of Libbey Avenue May 7. The loss was listed at $640.

· A Sentry safe containing $1,000 in cash, two diamond rings, bank books, credit cards and personal papers was reportedly taken from a residence in the 500 block of Oak Creek Lane May 9. The loss was listed at $8,400.

· A $400 windshield was reportedly smashed on North Ventura Avenue May 10.
· The girls' rest room at San Antonio School was reportedly vandalized and flooded May 11, causing $300 in damage.

· A Ventura man was arrested in Oak View May 7 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

· An Aliso Street man was arrested on North Montgomery Street May 8 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A La Luna Avenue man was arrested at his residence May 8 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, leading to a no-bail felony parole hold.

· A Short Street woman was arrested at her residence May 8 for allegedly possessing medication without a prescription and less than an ounce of marijuana.
· An underage Sunset Place woman was arrested at Vons Market on suspicion of taking a $38.59 bottle of cognac without paying for it.

· A Park Road man was arrested at Libbey Park May 10 on a failure-to-appear warrant for a charge of driving without a license. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A Golden Valley, Calif. woman was arrested on Ojai-Santa Paula Road May 11 on suspicion of being under the influence of and possessing a controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,000.

· An El Centro Avenue man was arrested at his residence May 11 on a failure-to-appear warrant on a drug-related charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A Donna Street man was arrested at his residence May 11 on a $10,000 felony, property-related warrant.

· A Simi Valley man was arrested in Oak View May 11 on two warrants for driving under the influence and another for driving without a license. Bail was set at $11,000.

· A Fairview Road man was arrested on Ventura Street May 11 on suspicion of being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.

· An Arnaz Street man was arrested in Ventura May 12 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A Casitas Springs man was arrested at his residence May 12 on two warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,000.
