Police Blotter for the week ending November 8, 2002

REPORTED CRIMES
·A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Franklin Drive Oct. 25. The loss was listed at $803, but no other details were made available.

·A Mag flashlight, six ratchet wrenches and a folding chair were reportedly taken from a garage in the 10900 block of Alto Court Oct. 30. The loss was listed at $185.

A Rampage stereo, 90 CDs and a CD case were reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 800 block of Hackamore Street Oct. 30. The loss was listed at $1,205.

A solid brass drain cover valued at $1,500 was reportedly taken from a construction site in the Arcade Oct. 31.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Lomita Avenue man was cited and released in Casitas Springs Oct. 24 for allegedly possessing marijuana in a vehicle.

A Ventura man was arrested in Oak View Oct. 31 on warrants for failing to appear and being under the influence. Bail was set at $10,000.

An Alvarado Avenue woman was arrested at the Ojai Valley Shopping Center Nov. 2 on suspicion of shoplifting, possession of medication without a prescription, and on two warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $12,000.

A Lomita Avenue man was arrested in Oak View Nov. 2 on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000.
