REPORTED CRIMES
· The theft of miscellaneous items totaling $63.96 from
an Arcade business was reported Nov. 2.
· Three CDs were reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle
in the 500 block of Montgomery Street Nov. 5. The loss was listed
at $45.
· A log valued at $450 was reportedly taken from a business
at the corner of Highway 33 and Nye Road Nov. 5.
· A green, unknown-make, 26-inch bicycle valued at $100
was reportedly taken from a residence in the 400 block of Lion
Street Nov. 5.
· Five 6-foot Cannon bread racks valued at $500 were reportedly
taken from behind Vons Market Nov. 27.
CITES AND ARRESTS
· An Apricot Street woman was arrested in Oak View Oct.
28 on suspicion of driving under the influence on a suspended
license. Bail was set at $20,000.
· A Drown Avenue man was arrested in Mira Monte Nov. 1
on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at
$5,000.
· A transient man was arrested on Matilija Street Nov.
4 on suspicion of public intoxication and on warrants for failing
to appear and public intoxication. Bail was set at $11,000.
· A transient man was arrested in Casitas Springs Nov.
5 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Bail was set at $5,000.
· A transient man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Nov. 5
on a $5,000 warrant for grand theft auto.
· A North Ventura Avenue man was arrested at his residence
Nov. 6 on a no-bail felony parole want.
· An Oxnard man, suspected in an earlier Olive Street
burglary, was arrested at the County Government Center Nov. 6.
Bail was set at $10,000.
· A West Ojai Avenue man was arrested at his residence
Nov. 7 on two misdemeanor warrants. Bail was set at $10,000.
· An Oak View Avenue man was arrested at his residence
Oct. 11 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled
substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
· A Valley Road man was arrested in Oak View Nov. 11 on
suspicion of driving on a suspended license, displaying false
registration tabs and on a felony, no-bail warrant.
· A West Ojai Avenue man was arrested at his residence
Nov. 11 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled
substance and possession of drug-related paraphernalia. Bail
was set at $10,000.
· A Burnham Road man was arrested at his residence Nov.
11 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled
substance and possession of drug-related paraphernalia and less
than an ounce of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,000.
· An Ash Lane man was arrested at his residence Nov. 11
being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was
set at $5,000.
