Police Blotter for the week ending November 22, 2002

REPORTED CRIMES
· A window was reportedly smashed and graffiti was scrawled on a Libbey Park rest room sign and door Nov. 10 resulting in $100 in damage.

· A Sears microwave oven, three knives, a blender, food processor and other items were reportedly taken from a residence in the 200 block of South Rice Road Nov. 13. The loss was listed at $3,510.

· Vandalism to a vehicle in the 10400 block of Dale Avenue was reported Nov. 14. The loss was listed at $150.

· An "Eight Mile" soundtrack CD valued at $19.99 was reportedly taken from a residence in the 300 block of Mountainview Avenue Nov. 14.

· Vandalism to a vehicle in the 700 block of Thacher Road was reported Nov. 14. The loss was listed at $200. Another vehicle at the location was reportedly burglarized when $680 in cash was allegedly taken, along with credit cards, an ATM card and miscellaneous photos and personal papers.

· Three cell phones and keys were reportedly taken from a business in the 300 block of Bryant Street Nov. 14.

CITES AND ARRESTS
· A transient man was arrested at a Bryant Street business Nov. 13 for allegedly violating the terms of a restraining order. Bail was set at $10,000.

· A transient man was arrested on Bristol Road Nov. 14 on suspicion of burglary and on a $10,000 felony warrant.

· A Mallory Way woman was arrested at her residence Nov. 14 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A transient man was arrested on Bryant Street on suspicion of burglary and cruelty to animals.

· A Camille Drive woman was arrested on Mallory Way Nov. 14 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A Sumac Drive man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of, possessing, possessing for sale and transporting a controlled substance. Bail was set at $115,000.

· A Nye Road man was arrested in Oak View Nov. 15 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

· A Sumac Drive woman was arrested in Meiners Oaks Nov. 15 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $7,000.

· An Oxnard man was arrested in Oak View Nov. 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence on a suspended license. Bail was set at $6,000.

· A South Padre Juan Avenue man was arrested in Mira Monte Nov. 17 on suspicion of possessing of and being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a methamphetamine pipe. Bail was set at $16,000.

· A Robin Court man was arrested near his residence nov. 17 on suspicion of possessing, possessing for sale, and transporting a controlled substance and marijuana. The bail amount was not provided on the report.

· An Alvarado Avenue man was arrested at his residence Nov. 18 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of medication without a prescription, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Bail was set at $7,000.

· A Cañada Street man was arrested in Ventura Nov. 19 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
