Ranger putters score at CIF
by Misty Volaski

This weekend at the CIF Individuals girls' golf finals, Nordhoff's No. 1 and No. 2 players Jody Peter and Kristin Johnson shot a 91 and 92, respectively.
Though coach Dick Sebek didn't have exact numbers available, the girls did finish "
somewhere in the middle," quite an accomplishment when competing against some 125 girls.
Both girls will be graduating in 2003, leaving the team without its top two players for the past four years.
Peter and Johnson were named to the First-team, All-Frontier League, while Lauren Stafford was named Second-Team, All-Frontier League.
Though the Rangers' time in CIF is over, coach Sebek expressed his pride over a good season.
Nordhoff finished its season with a record of six wins and two losses in league.
