REPORTED CRIMES
A pair of Oakley sunglasses, two pairs of safety glasses and a Sharp electronic Rolodex were reportedly taken Dec. 8 from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Sunset Avenue. The loss was listed at $204.

Lights at a business and residence in the 3300 block of Maricopa Highway were reportedly damaged by vandals Dec. 9.

Vandalism to a vehicle in the 900 block of Woodland Avenue was reported Dec. 9. The loss was listed at $900.

A cell phone charger, tool belt, tape measure and a tackle box were reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 110 block or Mercer Avenue Dec. 9. The loss was listed at $350.

A business in the 300 block of West Ojai Avenue reported cashing a bogus $157 check Dec. 10.

A $78.11 money order was reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle on Fox Street Dec. 10.

Rolled coins totaling $221 were reportedly taken from a residence in the 500 block of Signal Street Dec. 12.

Several strands of Christmas lights at a residence in the 11700 block of Mirror Lake Avenue were reportedly cut by vandals Dec. 16. The loss was listed at $228.

A CD player and a Latin music CD were reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Bryant Circle Dec. 13. The loss was listed at $53.

Four tires on a vehicle in the 500 block of East Aliso Street were reportedly punctured by vandals Dec. 13. The loss was listed at $140.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Burnham Road woman was arrested in Casitas Springs Dec. 9 on suspicion of battery and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $6,000.

An El Roblar Drive man was arrested on Country Club Drive Dec. 9 on warrants for driving without a license and theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

An Oxnard man was arrested in Mira Monte Dec. 9 on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000.

A Loma Drive woman was arrested in Casitas Springs Dec. 10 on a $5,000 warrant for failing to appear on a drug-related charge.

A Bundren Street man was arrested at his residence Dec. 11 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug-related paraphernalia. Bail was set at $6,000.

A Nye Road man was arrested at his residence Dec. 11 on warrants for violation of probation and battery. Bail was set at $15,000.

A Ventura man was arrested in Oak View Dec. 11 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $15,000.

A man with no known address was arrested at the "Y" on suspicion of attempted theft. Bail was set at $1,000.

A Riverside Road man was arrested at his residence Dec. 11 on suspicion of causing a loud and offensive noise and misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. The amount of bail was not provided.

A Rice Road man was arrested in Oak View on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Ventura man was arrested in Mira Monte Dec. 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Donna Street man was arrested at his place of business for allegedly possessing drug-related paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000.

A Stockton, Calif. man was arrested in Oak View Dec. 15 on a no-bail, drug-related warrant.

A Fulton Street man was arrested near his residence Dec. 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence and without a license. Bail was set at $10,000.

A Poli Avenue man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Dec. 16 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000..
