A $400 Nokia cell phone was reportedly taken from a classroom in the 400 block of Topa Topa Street March 10.

Sixty dollars in $5 bills was reportedly taken from a cash box at Chaparral High School March 11.

An attempted vehicle theft was reported in the 400 block of West Ventura Street March 12.

A $300 Kenwood CD player was reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 500 block of La Luna Avenue March 13.

An Echo gas trimmer and five racing vehicle gauges were reportedly taken from a residence in the 400 block of West Matilija Street March 13. The loss was listed at $600.

A rock was reportedly thrown through a glass door at a business in the 800 block of North Ventura Avenue March 16. The loss was listed at $500.

A 3-foot-tall bird bath was reportedly taken from in front of a residence in the 00 block of Burnham Road March 17. The loss was listed at $300.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Highland Drive man was cited and released on Church Road March 12 for allegedly possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.

A Topa Topa Street man was cited and released on Ventura Street March 12 for allegedly drinking in public.

A Burnham Road man was arrested at his residence March 13 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and on a drug possession warrant. Bail was set at $30,000.

A Brock Lane woman was arrested in Oak View March 14 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A transient man was arrested on West Ojai Avenue March 14 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing a needle. Bail was set at $6,000.

An Ash Lane man was arrested on Del Norte Road March 14 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Ventura man was arrested on East Ojai Avenue March 16 on suspicion of being under the influence of and possessing a controlled substance and drug-related paraphernalia. The man was also cited for driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $16,300.

A Ventura man was arrested on North Foothill Road March 17 on suspicion of making an illegal entry and annoying phone calls. Bail was set at $2,000.

A Ventura man was arrested in Oak View March 17 on a $25,000 drug-related warrant.

An Oxnard woman was cited and released at the Ojai Valley Shopping Center March 17 for allegedly possessing drug-related paraphernalia.

A transient man was arrested in Oak View March 17 on warrants for failing to provide and residential burglary. Bail was set at $70,000.
