'Nova golfers go 5-0

Villanova's got yet another early-season winner on its hands.
The boys' golf team recorded another win Monday over Bishop Diego, 388-393 at Soule Park.

Despite gusty winds, Villanova's players all logged scores of 81 and under. Wildcat Mero Marme posted a 74 for Villanova, shooting an even-par 36 on the front nine and a two-over-par on the back nine.
Teammates Ryan Kirby and Kyle Marme came in with a 76 and 77, respectively. Aaron Harter posted an 80, and Clark Tevis rounded the 'Cat scoring with an 81.

Bishop Diego's Paul Grant was the medalistfor the game, scoring a one-under-par 71.

Villanova is now 5-0, and will face St. Bonaventure next Tuesday at Soule Park.
