Ranger golfers top CIF championships

When Nordhoff's boys' varsity golf squad won the Frontier League championship with a 13-8 overall record, several players qualified for the CIF Northern Team Divisional where they finished in 12th place out of 20 teams.

The tournamment was played at Soule Park Golf Course, with Tyler Brown pacing the Rangers with a three-over-par 75 while freshman Anthony Bonsignori shot a 77.

In the Frontier League Individual Championship Tournament, Nordhoff senior Andrew Bonsignori was named medalist, with a two-round total of 154. Brown finished in second place. Both players advanced to the CIF Individual Tournament which was played at Sterling Hills in Camarillo.
Andrew Bonsignori received League Champion-MVP honors for the Frontier League this season.

Brown, Mike Bensley and Alex Dwire were named to the First Team, All-League.

Anthony Bonsignori and Jordan Switzer were named to the Second Team, All-League.
