Hiring spree continues at 'Nova
By Jesse Phelps

The hiring squad continued its work last week at Villanova Preparatory School. Tony Sabatino, headmaster, and Tom Roanhaus, athletic director, have been busy this month, having already hired Nicole Greathouse, former player at U.C. Santa Barbara, to coach girls' basketball and Ojai all-star Nate Nylander to coach boys' basketball.
The latest hire is Kevin McMylar, who has signed on to become Villanova's new physical science teacher, assistant football coach and head boy's soccer coach.

McMylar comes to Villanova with a bachelor's and Masters and from Boston College, where he was All Big East Academic Scholar Athlete and All Big East Punter. He is a product of a Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, Texas.

Sabatino is impressed with McMylar, saying, "Kevin brings strength in academic preparation and extra curricular expertise. His background in Catholic Education will be of immediate support of our mission at Villanova Preparatory School."

And a celebratory Roanhaus said, "Can you remember the last time Villanova Prep hired two coaches that played at major Division I schools? Tony is working very hard to create a first-class Catholic high school."
