REPORTED CRIMES
A Swiss Army knife, keys, a Mag light and other items were reportedly
taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of White Oak
Circle June 18.
Vandalism in the 100 block of Fox Street was reported June 18.
The loss was listed at $100.
CITES AND ARRESTS
A Prospect Street woman was arrested at her residence June 13
on suspicion of felony vandalism. Bail was set at $20,000.
A Santa Ana Way woman was arrested in Oak View June 17 on suspicion
of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail
was set at $5,000.
A North Ventura Avenue man was arrested at his residence June
18 on a warrant for violation of probation. Bail was set at $1,000.
A Gregory Street woman was cited and released at the Ojai Valley
Shopping Center June 18 on suspicion of petty theft and possessing
less than an ounce of marijuana.
A Grapevine Road man was arrested at his residence June 19 on
suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Bail was set at $5,000.
A Ventura man was arrested in Casitas Springs June 19 on suspicion
of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail
was set at $5,000.
A Fillmore man was cited in Oak View June 20 for displaying false
registration on his vehicle, but then arrested for allegedly
being in possession of a concealed and loaded weapon. Bail was
set at $20,000.
A Cañada Street man was cited and released on El Paseo
Road June 20 after he allegedly battered a peace officer.
A Burnham Road man was arrested in Casitas Springs June 21 on
a warrant for violation of probation and allegedly possessing
drug-related paraphernalia. Bail was set at $11,000.
A Ventura woman was arrested in Casitas Springs June 21 on suspicion
of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail
was set at $5,000.
A Fairview Road man was arrested at Libbey Park June 22 on suspicion
of public intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000.
A Prospect Street man was arrested at his residence June 22 on
suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Bail was set at $5,000.
A transient woman was arrested at City Hall June 22 on a $5,000
warrant for failing to appear on a charge of public intoxication.
A transient man was arrested at City Hall June 22 on a warrant
for failing to appear on a charge of public intoxication, violation
of probation and allegedly possessing medication without a prescription.
Bail was set at $12,000.
A Nye Road woman was arrested in Oak View June 23 on suspicion
of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail
was set at $5,000.
A Ventura transient man was arrested in Oak View June 23 on a
warrant for violation of probation and on suspicion of on suspicion
of being under the influence of and possessing a controlled substance.
Bail was not allowed.
