Lewis, Beckett post top Soule Senior honors in scramble contest

The Soule Park Senior Golf Club recently competed in a two-man scramble-style golf tournament at Soule Park Golf Course. The following are the complete results of that tournament:
Flight one (handicap zero to 12):
First place, John Lewis and Chris Beckett, posting 53.
Second place, Bill Wood and Dave Boehm, posting 58.
Flight two (handicap 13 to 17):
First place, Rex Wells and Robert McPherson, posting 54.5.
Second place, Tom Gibson and Dan Svikhart, posting 55.
Flight three (handicap 17.5 to 20.5):
First place, Allyn Partridge and Pete Mercado, posting 55.
Second place, Len Block and Konrad Gleissner, posting 55.5.
Flight four (handicap 21 and up):
First-place tie between the team of David Gibson and Herb Aasness and the team of Bill Meade and Dwight Powell, posting 53.5.
