Two 12-packs of bottled beer were reportedly taken from a distribution vehicle in the 8600 block of North Ventura Avenue Aug. 14.

Undisclosed items valued at $200 were reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Lomita Avenue Aug. 24. The vehicle was also reportedly vandalized.

A wallet containing personal identification and $5 was reportedly taken Aug. 27 from a vehicle at an East Ojai Avenue business.

Two JBL speakers, a Sound Storm Labs Rave amplifier, a CD/MP3 player and a Whistler radar detector were reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of West Summer Street Aug. 27. The loss was listed at $414.

A $7,000 silver ring with an emerald stone was reportedly taken from a residence in the 7800 block of Sulphur Mountain Road Aug. 30.

A Sony CDX4000X player and two CDs were reportedly taken from a residence in the 700 block of North Ventura Street Aug. 30. The vehicle's passenger window was reportedly smashed during the theft. The combined loss was listed at $365.

A boy's 24-inch chrome Mongoose bicycle valued at $399 was reportedly taken from Nordhoff High School Sept. 1. There was no recorded serial number provided.

A brown wallet containing personal identification was reportedly taken from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Forest Avenue Sept. 2. The loss was listed at $10.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Prospect Street woman was cited and released at her place of employment Aug. 23 on suspicion of misdemeanor hit and run.

A Los Angeles man was arrested in Casitas Springs Aug. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence and on a suspended license. Bail was set at $6,000.

A Creek Road man was arrested in Ventura Aug. 25 on suspicion of trespassing. Bail was set at $2,500.

A Fernando Drive woman was arrested in Meiners Oaks Aug. 28 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.

An El Paseo Road woman was arrested at her residence Aug. 29 on a $5,000 warrant for allegedly forging checks.

A Sulphur Mountain Road man was arrested at his residence Aug. 30 on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. Bail was set at $20,000.

A Mobile Lane man was arrested at his residence Aug. 31 on a $5,000 drug-related warrant.

A Ventura man was arrested on Matilija Street Sept. 1 on suspicion of being drunk in public. Bail was set at $1,000.

A McNell Road man was cited and released at Lake Casitas Sept. 2 on suspicion of possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.

A transient man was arrested in Libbey Park Sept. 2 on a $2,500 warrant for failure to appear in court.
