Soule Men's Club hosts member and guest tourney

The Soule Park Men's Golf Club hosted a "member and a guest" tournament at Soule Park Golf Course.Following are the results of that contest:

Gross
First place, Sam Williamson and Terry Gustafson, posting 132.
Second place, Jim Doyle and Scotty Davis, posting 134.
Third place, Greg Mayberry amd Brian Davis, posting 135.
Fourth place, Bob Ridgeway and Chris Wilson, posting 135.

Net
First-place tie between the team of Mark Ackerman and Richard Swift and the team of Jerry Crook and Jerry Crook Jr.; each team posted 120.
Third-place tie between the team of Ray Lara and Jay Ackerman and the team of Roland Scott and Andy Viles; each team posted 121.
Fifth place, Dale King and Joe Puliti, posting 122.5.
Sixth-place tie between the team of Armando Diaz and Rick Moreno, and the team of Mark Klosowski and Penny Crook; each team posted 123.

Saturday Afternoon Derby:
Gross
First place, Steve Carbajal and Jay Williams.
Second place, Roland Scott and Andy Viles.
Third place, Bob Ridgeway and Chris Wilson.

Net
First place, Ray Lara and Jay Ackerman.
Second place, Armando Diaz and Rick Moreno.
Third place, Mark Ackerman and Richard Swift.
The closest-to-the-pin honors went to the following:
Hole 3: Jim Doyle on Saturday, Doug Ricketts on Sunday.
Hole 6: Andy Viles on Saturday, and Greg Mayberry on Sunday.
Hole 10: Bill Hatch on Saturday, and Larry Titus on Sunday.
Hole 16: Don McMillan on Saturday, and Frank Ferro on Sunday.
