REPORTED CRIMES
Vandalism to a vehicle at Highway 33 and Nye Road was reported Nov. 3. The loss was listed at $200.

A newspaper rack valued at $300 was reportedly taken from the Matilija Street public parking lot Nov. 5.

A cell phone was reportedly taken from its owner at the Oak View Community Center Nov. 6.

A Sony camcorder, Canon 35mm camera, jewelry and other personal property was reportedly taken from a residence in the 100 block of Bundren Street Nov. 7. The loss was listed at $7,966.

The owner of a Matilija Street business reported an attempted break-in and $450 in related damage.

A wallet containing $40 in cash, a driver's license, credit cards and identification was reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle at the Pratt Trail Head Nov. 8.

A rock was reportedly used to smash the $300 windshield of a vehicle parked at the Matilija Street public lot Nov. 9.

A rock was reportedly used to vandalize a vehicle in the 1900 block of Tiara Drive Nov. 10. The loss was listed at $500.

A Dell laptop computer (#JR9DW01-43007215681) and 30 CDs were reportedly taken from a residence in the 1900 block of South Rice Road Nov. 10. The loss was listed at $3,000.38.

A black-and-silver purse containing a wallet, Washington state driver's license, credit cards and cash was reportedly taken from a residence in the 12000 block of MacDonald Drive Nov. 10.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A reportedly known suspect was named after allegedly hitting a man in the face in the 900 block of Devereux Street Nov. 5 and striking him repeatedly after knocking him unconscious.

A Fox Street woman was arrested in Ojai on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of medication without a prescription and on a vehicle code warrant. Bail was set at $20,195.

A Brock Lane man was arrested in Oak View Nov. 7 on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug-related paraphernalia. Bail was set at $17,500.

A Saticoy man was arrested in Meiners Oaks Nov. 7 on a $25,000 warrant for possession of a controlled substance out of Riverside County.

An Arnaz Avenue man was arrested Nov. 9 on a $28,000 contempt warrant out of Sonoma County.

A Rockaway Road woman was arrested in Oak View Nov. 9 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

An Old Grade Road woman was arrested in Oak View Nov. 9 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Grand view Avenue man was arrested on Signal Street Nov. 9 on a $5,000 warrant for violation of probation.

A Tico Road man was arrested in Mira Monte Nov. 9 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

Five transient men and one woman were arrested in Libbey Park Nov. 10 on suspicion of public intoxication. Bails were set at $1,000.

A Nye Road man was cited and released in Meiners Oaks Nov. 11 for allegedly possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
