A Ventura man was cited and released on Matilija Street Nov. 13 on suspicion of driving while in possession of marijuana.

A South Encinal Avenue man was arrested at his residence Nov. 13 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A La Cross Street man was arrested at his residence Nov. 13 on two $5,000 warrants for failing to appear.

A North Alvarado Avenue man was arrested on Grand Avenue Nov. 13 on suspicion of possessing stolen property, a no-bail parole violation.
