Poinsettia sales support
music education

Sales are brisk for the Ojai Festivals Women's Committee's poinsettias and ivy baskets. The money raised by purchases goes toward musical outreach programs presented by the Ojai Music Festival staff in schools in the community.

"The quality of the pink, red, or ivory poinsettias in 6-inch pots, is outstanding and the ivy baskets, with a single poinsettia, really hold up long after the holidays are over," says Gloria Vadnais, co-chairman of the sale. The plants will run $10 and the ivy baskets are $28.

Orders may be placed with Barbara Hildreth at 646-2094; call today for the color of your choosing. The plants will be available for pickup on Dec. 1 at Chaparral Auditorium.

Pick up the phone now to be sure you may have the color or basket of your choice and know you are supporting music education programs throughout the year for grades kindergarten through 12.
