Police Blotter for the week ending December 12, 2003

REPORTED CRIMES
A stereo, telephone answering machine and other property was reportedly taken from a business in the 500 block on West El Roblar Drive Dec. 3 following a break-in. The loss was listed at $520 in property and $350 to the business due to the break-in.

Vandalism to a vehicle totaling $400 was reported in the 1200 block of Meyer Road Dec. 3.

A boy's black GT mountain bike, with no recorded serial number, was reportedly taken from the 200 block of East Aliso Street Dec. 3. The loss was listed at $800.

Two red and silver tricycles were reportedly taken from the 100 block of north Montgomery Street Dec. 4. The loss was listed at $600.

A backpack, wallet and purse were reportedly taken from a locked vehicle at the Pratt Trailhead Dec. 4. The value of the property, without estimating the cost of replacing the smashed window on the vehicle, was listed at $225.

Vandals reportedly damaged a fence and sign at the Mira Monte School Dec. 5. The loss was listed at $150.

Vandalism to two vehicles, each estimated to be $200, was reported in the 200 block of Apricot Street Dec. 5.

Thirteen Vicodin tablets were reportedly taken from an office in the 200 block of North Lomita Avenue Dec. 6.

A brick was reportedly used to break two windows at St. Andrew's Church Dec. 6. The loss was listed at $100.

Three suspects allegedly brandished a weapon at a victim in the 3700 block of Grand Avenue Dec. 6 after vandalizing a vehicle. The loss was listed at $400.

CITES AND ARRESTS
A Riverside Road man was arrested in Oak View Dec. 2 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Cruzero Street woman was arrested at her residence Dec. 3 for allegedly possessing a fraudulent credit card and forged prescription medication.

A South Encinal Avenue woman was arrested in Meiners Oaks Dec. 4 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Ventura man was arrested on North Signal Street Dec. 4 on a $10,000 drug warrant.

A Valley Meadow Road man was arrested in Mira Monte Dec. 4 on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

An Avenida del Recreo woman was arrested at the Ojai Police Station Dec. 4 on suspicion of forgery.

A transient man was arrested at an Ojai market Dec. 4 on suspicion of forgery and elder fraud. Bail was set at $20,000.

A Fairway Lane man was arrested on East Ojai Avenue Dec. 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.

An Encinal Avenue man was arrested in Casitas Springs Dec. 6 on suspicion of driving under the influence and on a suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000.

A transient man was arrested on West Ojai Avenue Dec. 6 on a felony, no-bail parolee-at-large want.

A transient man was arrested in Libbey Park Dec. 6 on a $5,000 warrant for failing to appear in court as promised.

A Rice Road man was arrested in Mira Monte Dec. 6 on two $5,000 misdemeanor warrants.

A Santa Barbara woman was arrested in Oak View Dec. 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000.

A Fulton Street man was arrested in Libbey Park Dec. 7 on suspicion of public intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000.
