Ojai F.L.O.W. seeks to become part of Golden State Water Company lawsuit

It's not often someone asks to be named as a defendant (the one being sued) in a lawsuit. But it's likely just as rare that a group has 87 percent of the voters in a bond election behind them.
Late last week, members of Ojai Friends of Locally Owned Water (F.L.O.W.) filed a petition in Ventura County Superior Court asking Judge Mark Borrell to include its Steering Committee members as defendants in the Golden State Water Company (GSWC) lawsuit against Casitas Municipal Water District (CMWD).
