Going to a vote? Group will try to qualify short-term rental issue for November ballot

Andra Belknap, Ojai Valley News reporter

Chris Gardner, Ojai's only holder of a business license for a short-term rental in a residential zone, has filed a notice of intent to circulate a petition with the city of Ojai. Gardner proposes the addition of a “Local, Licensed and Limited Rentals” ordinance to the city's Municipal Code.

The notice was received by City Clerk Rhonda Basore Monday.
