Frazier earns Rotary Club PEP Award

Summer Frazier, a sixth grader at Topa Topa Elementary School was recently presented with the Physical Education Project (PEP) student of the month award by Rotary Club of Ojai. Teacher Sarah Ferranti called Frazier an athlete with fabulous sportsmanship and said she is an amazing person in and out of the classroom.
