County surpasses 1,466 COVID-19 cases ever

As of June 11, there were 1,466 people who ever were diagnosed with COVID-19 in Ventura County, and 316 cases in the past 14 days. 
This was a 62-case jump from the day before. Out of these 1,466, 12 were in Ojai and three in Oak View.
Four of the Ojai cases came in the last 14 days. The positive tests came June 2, June 3 (two on that day), and June 5.
The 1,466 positive cases came from 34,972 tests, meaning 4.19% of those who have been tested countywide were ever positive.
Forty-one people were in the hospital with COVID-19 countywide as of June 11 and 11 in the ICU. Thirty-eight people are reported to have died from the virus in Ventura County as of June 11. Four of these deaths came in the last 14 days. None were in the Ojai Valley.
