1st person in VC reported to have died with COVID-19, with no co-morbidity; 4 more deaths

Ventura County Public Health reported the following COVID-19 numbers for Ventura County on Tuesday, including the first reported case of a person in Ventura County who died with COVID-19, with no co-morbidity. All previous deaths of Ventura County residents who died with COVID-19 have been listed as having underlying health conditions.

-207 new cases since yesterday
-5,955 total cases
-3,000 recovered cases
-2,893 active cases under quarantine
-94 hospitalizations
-24 in the ICU
-62 deaths; four more since July 20. The people who died were reported to be a 79-year-old female with no comorbidity; and a 73-year-old male, an 82 year-old male, and a 98 year-old male – all with comorbidities)
