The plan discussed by the school board on Oct. 7 is for elementary students to be in school and go home before lunchtime. There will not be transportation to and from school, except for students who have transportation required in individual education plans for special education students.

OUSD is also working to help provide bicycles to students who need them through its Family Fund. To donate a bicycle or find out how to apply for one, contact OUSD communications officer Linda Jordan at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
