The City of Ojai Historic Preservation Commission is meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 14 in council chambers at Ojai City Hall, 401 S. Ventura Street, Ojai. The meeting is taking place in person and virtually. 

The agenda includes a review of the Ojai Playhouse facade restoration and painting plans and a review from the Ad Hoc committee that is reviewing the proposal of a Local Downtown Historic District. The commission will hear a presentation by Christina Morris of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Those wishing to speak during public comment in person are asked to fill out a speaker card. Comments will be limited to three minutes or less. 

Emailed public comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

Members of the public who wish to speak via Zoom Webinar under all agenda items may do so at the time of the meeting at the following link:

During the live meeting, telewebinar participants who wish to speak on an agenda item will be

asked to use the hand-raise function at the beginning of each item.
