VC clerk candidate Hargleroad to meet Ojai voters

On April 21, Jeff Hargleroad, a candidate for Ventura County clerk and registrar in the June 7 primary election, will speak to voters during a luncheon, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at Sage Ojai, 217 E. Matilija St.
Hargleroad, a 35-year resident of Ventura County, has been an executive vice president at a movie studio, handling worldwide operation, and has experience at a senior-level position at a major telecom company with regulations and government agencies. He has managed operations and finances for his family’s commercial lemon and avocado orchard.
Mark Lunn, the current Ventura County clerk, recorder and registrar of voters, announced he is not seeking re-election.
