Ojai Unified School District’s consultant, who conducted a survey on the likelihood of Ojai Valley voters approving a parcel tax, is recommending the question be put to voters on the November ballot.

The school board will consider putting a parcel tax on the November ballot at its Wednesday, May 11, meeting.

In a series of graphs, the consultant outlined responses from the survey and concluded: “Support is near the two-thirds voter approval threshold: we recommend the District to continue to reach out to and educate the community and consider placing a parcel tax on the November 2022 election.”
