Burger joint, winery moving forward

Ojai is a little closer to having a new restaurant and a new winery. Permits for the proposed Ojai Burgers and the Topa Mountain Winery were approved at the April 15 session of the Ojai Planning Commission.
Ojai Burgers received the Commissions's approval for a design review permit (DRP) and a conditional use permit (C.U.P.) related to the remodeling of the company's proposed restaurant space at 401 E. Ojai Ave., the site of the former Il Giardino restaurant. The commissioners were unanimous in their vote.
