Nordhoff senior Spencer Bliss has been hard at work this summer as he gears up for the 2015 football season. Bliss has been the focal point of this summer’s off-season program for the Rangers. “Spencer is definitely our best player and we’ll rely on him a lot. He is the heart and soul of our defense,” said NHS head coach Erik Monson.
