OUSD changing policies following theft

Tuesday, superintendent Hank Bangser updated the Ojai Unified School District (OUSD) board of trustees on the alleged theft of $65,400 from the district by an employee. In early summer this year, Ladonna Fulcher was charged, arrested and is currently out on bond. She was an senior accounting assistant in the business office for many years.
“I cannot divulge information about the case. It is currently under investigation,” said Deputy District Attorney Thomas Frye.
