Comments sought on Libbey Bowl’s future

The city of Ojai is trying to figure out what to do with the Libbey Bowl, and public input is being sought. City officials are planning a town hall meeting Tuesday at Ojai City Hall, hoping Ojai Valley residents will attend and offer advice.

“We really haven't given the community an opportunity to talk about its vision and ideas for the Libbey Bowl,” Ojai Deputy City Manager Steve McClary said Wednesday. McClary is one of 15 serving on the city's ad hoc committee for the Libbey Bowl. “We can't proceed until we've heard from the public,” he said.
