The Ojai Planning Commission is skeptical of tiny homes as a solution to Ojai's affordable housing woes.
Informational presentations on tiny homes have came before both the Planning Commission and the Ojai City Council in 2016, but little movement on the issue has been made.
Planning Commissioner Chester Jagiello served as the Commission's sole advocate for tiny homes during an Oct. 19 discussion of how the structures might be added to the city's building and zoning codes.
