Charges have yet to be filed against an Oak View man accused of sex-related crimes he allegedly committed at a Nordhoff High School football game last year.
A preliminary hearing for 65-year-old George Baker, Jr. was set for Jan. 24, after being postponed Oct. 25 while officials with the Ventura County District Attorney's Office took more time to review the case.
As of Jan. 23, no charges in the matter had been filed, officials said.
Baker was arrested Oct. 6 on suspicion of battery, sexual battery and child pornography following the Sept. 29 incident at the Nordhoff High School stadium in which he allegedly took photographs of female students “in a provocative manner” and grabbed two of the girls.
According to detectives, a search of Baker's home later turned up evidence of child pornography on his computer.
Baker remains free after posting $50,000 bail Oct. 9.
