The arraignment for an Oak View man accused of sex-related crimes he allegedly committed at Nordhoff High School has been continued until June 20.
George Baker, Jr. was scheduled to be arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court March 14, but officials with the Ventura County District Attorney's Office said they need more time to review the case.
“Our investigation and identification of victims and witnesses is nearly complete, so we should have a filing decision by that date,” said Deputy District Attorney Amber Lee.
Baker, 65, was arrested Oct. 6 on suspicion of battery, sexual battery and child pornography in connection with the incident at the Nordhoff High School stadium.
