Recreational cannabis sales could be coming to Ojai

Andra Belknap, Ojai Valley News reporter
During a noon special meeting March 28, the Ojai City Council voted unanimously to direct city staff to develop language that would allow Ojai's three existing medical-cannabis facilities to sell to people aged 21 and older.
The city's three dispensaries and delivery services are limited to selling to people who have a valid medical recommendation to use cannabis, though recreational use of cannabis is allowed in other jurisdictions under California's Adult Use of Marijuana Act (Proposition 64).
