Puppies Abandoned, Suspect Arrested

On 11/30/09, the Lockwood Valley Sheriff’s Sub-Station received a call from a local resident, who reported seeing a man in the process of abandoning approximately 12 puppies on the side of the road, in the area of Lockwood Valley Road, west of Mill Canyon.
