Ojai's Streets In Trouble

The citizens of Ojai are watching their streets fall apart. Forty percent of the 41.7 miles of road maintained by the city of Ojai are in poor or failing condition, according to a report by interim Public Works manager Ron Calkins. After showing Ojai City Council members a grim look at Ojai's road conditions at Tuesday's council meeting, Calkins stated the city has no immediate plan for implementing repairs.
