Ojai's Jacqueline Houck would have been 27 yesterday. But instead of celebrating together in the sun, her mom, Cally Houck, spent the day planting banana trees in memory of her youngest daughter. Along with her sister Raechel, Jacqueline died Oct. 7, 2004, when the girls lost control of their rental car and careened into an 18-wheeler.
