Is the word “charreria” part of your vocabulary? If not, Rafael Arzate of Oak View can tell you it’s Spanish for Mexican rodeo. Arzate, 40, is the owner of Taqueria El Charro in Oak View. He is also the founder of Escuela Infantil de Charreria, which offers trick roping lessons for children at Dos Amigos Ranch in Oak View. There are 18 students, ranging from 5 to 16 years old. The school is meant for both boys
