Summer job blues: College students finding job search can be tricky

Camille Schutze started her search for summer employment in late April, a few weeks before her first year at Santa Barbara City College ended. She found an advertisement on Craigslist for a lifeguard position at Lake Casitas and applied. After passing the interview and tests, Schutze now spends 15 to 20 hours a week working to pay for her rent for the academic year.
